This soothing board book:

Promotes Essential Social Emotional Learning Skills: Through rhythmic text and warm illustrations, this gentle, reassuring children's book teaches toddlers simple tools to release and express their feelings in a healthy way. “One, two three…I’m calm as can be, I’m taking care of me.”
Learn to Manage Meltdowns With Calm Down Time: Children learn to use a calming corner—a quiet space where they can express their emotions and calm down. Readers explore all the ways they can use a calm down corner: a designated area where they can feel comfortable to cry, ask for a hug, sing to themselves, be rocked in a grown-up’s arms, talk about feelings, and breathe. After a break, toddlers will feel like new—and adults will, too!
Includes Helpful Tips for Parents & Caregivers: Additional tips and social emotional learning activities are included in the back of the board book to support a growth mindset and positive behavior.
