Capturing the Moment

Om boken

Photography is often about timing. Capturing the moment. The moment, which is often preceded by ideas, planning, a lot of work and many hours in a hide. Sometimes you get lucky. That moment may be full of action and over in a thousandth of a second, but it may be longer, calmer even meditative.

In this book, photographer Kristoffer Sahlén has compiled his most unusual and unique photographs. Photographs and humorous anecdotes from some of the best moments he has experienced amongst wild animals in the Scandinavian countryside, when he has been at the right place at the right time to capture the moment. Angry Elks, Bears that get a bit too close for comfort and Sweden s longest Red Deer are just a few of the characters you will meet in this book.
