Crash or Bounce

Om boken

Diversity Equity and Inclusion (or DEI for short) Policy was once accepted as a 'must' for all companies and organisations. Academic research and empirical evidence show that DEI is both good for business in terms of increasing turnover and profits, as well as being based on sound values of fairness and inclusivity.

In a world defined by volatility, uncertainty, and rapid change, the ability to understand and harness diversity has become a critical advantage. Crash or Bounce explores how organisations, societies, and leaders respond when pressure exposes fault lines—or creates unexpected resilience.

Drawing on contemporary thinking in management, organisational behaviour, and social dynamics, this timely book examines why some systems break under strain (“crash”) while others adapt, recover, and even strengthen (“bounce”). It highlights how diversity of people, perspectives, and approaches can either become a source of friction or a foundation for innovation and stability.

Clear, thought-provoking, and grounded in real-world relevance, Crash or Bounce offers valuable insight for managers, policymakers, students, and anyone interested in how diversity interacts with division, resilience, and change in today's global landscape.
