The 4-7 Zone

Om boken

Over many years working as a psychotherapist and clinical practitioner, Colman Noctor began to notice a pattern: no matter the issue – mood, anxiety, eating, exercise or alcohol use – problems occur when clients are doing too much or too little of something. Every one of his clients was in the 0–3 or 8–10 zone.

In response, Colman has developed The 4-7 Zone to help you find the sweet spot between too much and too little to help you achieve balance and harmony. This life-changing method can be applied to every area of your life, helping you to become your own therapist and achieve a practical, sustainable rhythm
