Meanwhile, the Fallen have made their presence known across the globe, leaving chaos in their wake. Laney is pulled from one crisis to the next, barely catching her breath. But now a new and chilling threat has emerged: someone is targeting those connected to the Fallen. And they’re not distinguishing between good and evil. Laney’s desperate quest to stop the murders takes her across the Pacific and plunges her into humanity’s dark past, to a time when human sacrifices were commonplace. She will do whatever it takes to end the carnage—but will it be enough? If you’re a fan of James Rollins, Clive Cussler or Dan Brown, you won’t be able to put down The Belial Search.
