The Living Soul

Om boken

The Living Soul is unique in that the title of the book and the invitation to write it unexpectedly emerged in meditation many years ago. Further, its insight and message all emerged from direct experience without exposure to spiritual traditions enhanced by well over a decade of global sharing. Unlike traditional paths the approach emphasises non-dual, experiential inner-standing rather than teaching. It provides a direct invitation for readers to experience truth, inner peace and universal wisdom through inquiry and meditations that also emerged from within. The calling is to empower for there is nothing to learn only to realise.

Drawing on direct realisation and subsequent vast practical experience the book offers a distilled, distraction-free guide that goes directly to the heart of the matter. Core insights and principles are shared through simple metaphors, true stories and simple diagrams creating a compelling blend of universal wisdom and profound simplicity. Practical application to one’s life is shared through actual Question and Answer dialogues empowering the reader to experience it directly in their own lives.

Further guidance is provided in the integration of the message and The Living Soul App which was revealed in meditation as the book’s natural marriage partner.
