This is the ultimate self-soothing art guide designed to help neurodivergent creatives slow down, release overwhelming sensations and reconnect with peace. Neurodivergence is an important and topical subject. Approximately 5% of the worldwide population are neurodivergent and a huge number of adults experience anxiety.

Created by Demi Dawkins, an artist with both autism and ADHD, this book offers 55 sensory-safe art exercises you can use anytime your mind feels too loud. Practical and designed with an autism-friendly typeface and regular design elements, the book ensures that the exercises are easy to read. Each exercise includes a 'Why This Helps' explanation from counsellor and mental health expert Jovanna Penney, so you can understand your emotions while connecting with your creative side

From releasing anxiety through colour mapping, to embracing uncertainty with non-dominant hand drawing, these exercises are perfect for ADHD and autistic creatives, as well as anyone with creative block or anxiety.
