Triumph Sports Cars

Om boken

Triumph sports cars have achieved a legendary reputation around the world and are still sought after today by classic car enthusiasts. In this readable book, Triumph expert Kevin Warrington recounts the story of Triumph sports cars, beginning with the lesser-known models, including the 1934 Dolomite, of the pre-war era, the 1947 Triumph Roadster and the more familiar TR range of cars. The book also includes the Spitfire and GT6 as well as Triumph’s final models, the TR7/8 and the Stag.

Although Triumph sports cars are well covered in books and magazine articles, many of these focus on the TR range or individual post-war cars. This book offers a complete history that includes the roots of Triumph sports cars in the 1930s and sets the entire range in the context of its times.

Accompanied by a fascinating range of colour illustrations, this is an essential guide to the entire Triumph sports car range.
